Vintage USS Richmond brass belt buckle made by the T V Allen Company in Los Angeles CA. The buckle has a patent date of May 29, 1923. The T V Allen Company was very well known for their printing and engraving. The USS Richmond was launched on September 29, 1921 and was decommissioned on December 21, 1945. The buckle is somewhat dirty but otherwise in good condition and measures 2 in. W x 1 1/2 in. H. Feel free to contact us with any questions or for additional photos.
