From Romanian communist socialist period, it represents a ”winner” badge / Fruntas In Intrecere (translated in English as winner / first one in the competition) given in 1978 to a socialist worker based on his merits at work. Factory workers received this kind of badges. Status: the badge is in a vintage condition, it has some scratches and stains due to time passing (as you can see in the pictures), and a bit of rust on its back.
