He was station overseas in the Pacific Theater of Operations in the U.S Army in Honolulu Hawaii. Family said since Grandpa was older he always said " I flew a desk and then laughed"
The bracelet is marked on the back /The REMEBER PEARL HARBOR PIN is also in nice shapeThe medal is period and was for Good Conduct
HARRY W OATES on the front of bracelet on back is worn , but it looks like it says You are always in my Heart HULLA Also clearly marked 1/20- 12K No other numbers for his serial number..
