For sale is an original WWII M1 helmet leather chinstrap with green hardware and a steel green buckle. There is a small amount of rust on the backside of the buckle, good solid green paint on the front. The rivets are also green painted and are not maker stamped.Leather is sturdy and pliable with a nice russet brown color. This chinstrap would look great on any original or restored WWII helmet.
