He demonstrated Fidelity, Zeal and Obedience. The enlistment span encompassed WWII Service:1944 - 1945. 1946 was also considered World War II and servicemen and women in the Pacific and European Theaters still earned Theater Medals for overseas service in 1946. Of note the USN Good Conduct Medal features the highly desirable WWII Era long red ribbon. The Engraved USN Good Conduct Medal is in fair to fair plus condition and is 75 years old.
