WWII USMC Discharge Document Pearl Harbor Attack Ewa Field Dec 7, 1941:

Original February 1943 dated USMC Honorable Discharge document to Staff Sergeant George E Twitchell. The document states that Twitchell was present at Ewa Field on Dec 7, 1941 during the Japanese attack at Pearl Harbor stating that he "displayed undaunting courage while under direct fire". It appears that after his discharge he re-enlisted as a Marine aviator as the document was delivered to him at the Marine Aviation Detachment, California. The document has been folded.
