I have this badge, but it has a screwpost.

Like I said lads, I was told by our site guru that is was believed to be for the victory parade.

This new site I looked at said otherwise......and had other excellent rare to very rare badges. It was his collection.

Just a note on price.

Just because it is fairly cheap is not always the indicator.

I bought this badge for 8 dollars...I have not seen another since.


Here it is in AVERS No 5 it states 1948 so a 45 issue is out the window.

Regardless of NKVD it does ring true to be some sort of commemorative 30-year badge?
