Here is the Badge "Communist Saturday Worker". "Saturday Workers" were labourers that "volunteered" to work for free on a particular Saturday. This particular Saturday, 21st April 1979, saw 84,718 VAZ workers produce 1,260 cars with 129,000 Rubles profit benefiting aid to Vietnam.
