Here is the Badge "Excellent" of the Ministry Of Construction which existed from 11th February 1953-1st February 1957 and then 17th March 1962-27th December 1968.

This example was awarded to Metodi Nikolov Todorov Director of personnel at "Sofstroj" (Sofia Construction) on 25th October 1967.

Here is a peculiar document that was redundant from creation. This document is for the Honour Badge "Excellent" of the State Committee On Construction And Architecture - an award that never existed but forerunner of this award.

The State Committee On Construction And Architecture existed from 16th March to 25th December 1959 when its authority was rearranged into the Ministry Of Construction and State Committee On Architecture And Public Works. This "redundant" document has been re-purposed to award the Ministry Of Construction Badge to Engineer Georgi Nikolov Kalushkin on 7th July 1965.

Notice the document is printed "196_" even though the Committee didn't exist in the 1960's.
