Seller says it's from 1942 and gives it a "guarantee of authenticity" (whatever that is without documents). Opinions on authenticity and pricing would be greatly appreciated!

Okay, here's the reverse. Seller said that the screw has been resoldered into place. Opinions? Should I bid for this one and for how much? :)
