The PSVB (Pomocná Stráž Veřejná Bezpečnost) was the Czechoslovakian equivalent of the USSR "druzshinnik". This medal, on the avers, depicts a citizen shaking hands with a policeman and, on the reverse, bears the legend, "For voluntary work in favor of the Socialist society". I have no document for this and am unsure of the award criteria.
