That's why refer to the people in them as "suits" because they are about as substantial as the clothing they wear (no, this is not a "clothes make the man" reference; it's more like just because someone puts a uniform on, it doesn't mean they deserve to be saluted  ). Phillip

Haha, it is simply labelled as "Soviet officer cap", or something along those lines, from the other photos it seems to be very ragged and beaten up.
