Anyone who has gotten awards confiscated in Russian customs before can tell you that it's illegal to take them out of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and a few other former SU republics. There have been quite a few posts about this over the years. Your collection comes from awards that have been taken legitimately out of countries that no longer hold them as "national treasures" and those that have been illegally smuggled out of Russia.

Welcome to the world of trading in illegal goods! WinkBig Grin

I guess that put those of us sitting here in the US buying and selling goods through the mail which are considered by some to be stolen.
