Fake Saving Drowning Medals

Think it's ok, but scans of course are bad...

It does look better than the previous one, but I agree that we could use some closer shots of the swimmer and the rescued in particular.

WW2,

It does not look bad, but I'd like to see better (larger) scans of this medal.

Well, that might be all you need to know. If the seller has a "no returns accepted" policy, you can be 99.9% certain it is not real. However, the final test is to ask for better (closer/bigger) photos. If you get no response or some excuse why he can't send you better pictures, walk away (briskly).;)

Jens, I don't think anyone is doubting your judgment.:) I'm pretty sure it is real too. The reason I am asking for closer or bigger pictures is two fold: one is to see if the seller is trustworthy and willing to send them and the other reason is to get a good, close look at another of these medals since I don't see them very often and one day (not anytime soon) I will have to buy one and the more I see them, the better off I will be when deciding if it is real or not since it seems they would be rather easy to fake.

I would never buy from a seller not willing to provide better pictures.

The medal looks good.
