It is upside down, and looks brand new, but I believe it may very well be a genuine veteran's bar - for some reason they liked very much those gold strips between the ribbons. I doubt a faker would do that. Alexei

:) i saw it on ebay to =) There cant be very many who owns a ribbon like that. I dont think order of victory is so common...
