As a fitter of the Technical Company, Comrade Pavlov at the same time commands a section, working as a track worker and as Komsomol organiser of the company. His these duties he copes perfectly. Performing Orders-Tasks to restore the railway in the sections of Chudovo-Novgorod, Mshinskaja-Luga-Strugi Krasnye, skilfully leading his section achieved with the unit the best results in performing orders-tasks. Excavation work at the rate of 65 cubic metres of rubble per section, the section of Comrade Pavlov had a rate of 130 cubic metres and greater, therefore exceeding orders-tasks by two times.
Routinely nurturing his Komsomol Members, achieved that, that among them no-one has performed orders-task under 150%. His Komsomol Members take an advanced role. Throughout the year on their part was not a case of violation of military discipline. Himself Comrade Pavlov has exemplary discipline, demanding of subordinates, but sensitive and responsive to their needs. Personally performs orders-tasks to 173%.

Worthy of award of the Medal - For Combat Merits.
