I know of only one Soviet Hero of Bulgaria, but keep in mind that there were only about 58 Heroes of PRB at all!
Marshal Tolbukhin was awarded Hero of PRB in 1979 (after his death). William

William, Great Info,Waleri Fjodorowitsch Bykowski, was also awarded the Hero of PRB I've updated the relevant Posts. Just to check with your info Marshal G K Zhukov got two Hero of Mongolia "Gold Stars" is that correct? Star #22 - 1969 & Star #27 - 1971. Eddie.

Brezhnev got 3 stars of the title Hero of the GDR: 1976, 1979, 1981.
