In the night of 21 and 22.03.1944 while being the leader of a group of sappers, they soundlessly reached the German wired entanglement and having made three entrances in it without losses, he came back to the trenches; this provided the completion of the combat mission.
In November 1943, during scouting reconnaissance, he made several entrances in the wired entanglement and mine fields of the enemy. During one of the operations he was wounded in the leg but he did not leave the battlefield until he finished the mission.
He is brave and fearless, and the best sapper-scout in the Platoon.

He deserves the governmental award Order of “Glory 3rd Class”.

Hi guys,

I recently aquired two Order's of Glory.

With Russian militaria not being my thing I have come here to where the experts hang out to get some info on originality. The first one appears to be a 3rd class Glory ( pics attached )

Any Feedback would be great.

Thanks,

I'll take a gander and say its real, looks pretty cool, lot of dark patina on it :D but wait until the Masters enter and comment, since I'm a pretty huge noobie at Soviet orders and medals spoting :)
