70th Anniversary of the October Revolution, 10 Hours Of Volunteer Labour for the 60th birthday of Che and 71st Anniversary of the October Revolution/50th Anniversary of the CTC.
Sunday Of Defence issued 17th February 1991 and 8 Hours Labour on Red Sunday 31st October 1976, 20th anniversary of the Granma awarded to Luisa M. Betancourt Mantilla.
Since I read "Voluntary work", I assume these "bonds" have nothing to do with cash.
Do you know if these can be used for other purposes rather than just congratulating the recipient?

I believe these are primarily used as certificates, proving the person had donated their time. I know in some organisations/projects a collection of these "coupons" are exchanged for an award (a Badge or the such) but I'm uncertain as to whether these can be used for other perks.
It may be the case that these are like the old Green Stamps (if anyone can remember them?) but rather than being rewarded for spending, rewarded for volunteering and like the old stamps, many of them will be unredeemed.
