Here is the "Law Protector" Medal ("Օրենքի Պատվար" Մեդալ), an award of the Armenian Police.
It is awarded "to police officers, for making considerable contributions to maintenance of law and order, crime prevention, maintenance of public order and security."
Produced by the Armenian Mint and with a rather interesting spelling mistake on the rear. "Lex Eft Lex" should be "Lex Est Lex" - "Law Is Law".
