Lenin + 2 ORB + 20years RKKA

Here is a group for sale on E
The 2 ORB are ok, but the Lenin is an obvious fake (everything is bad (enamel, Lenin's face, reverse, etc.) and the RKKA seems to be bad as well. Any comment on the RKKA?

The XX RKKA star enamel looks like paint... Looks too "red" compared to original ones I have seen both in pics and in real life. And the soldier has almost no face, and I doubt that is because of wear.

If possible I would like to see some better pictures of the RKKA medal, it doesn't look that bad to me. Are there any documents?
