Lieutenant Colonel Boris Antov Velkov.

Here is Boris Antov Velkov's group. A fairly underwhelming set of service/jubilee awards.

1955-04-28 Medal ''For Military Merit''
1961-09-12 Medal ''For Honourable Service To The Armed Forces Of The People's Republic Of Bulgaria 3rd Class
1964 Jubilee Medal ''20th Anniversary Of The Bulgarian People's Army''
1969 Jubilee Medal ''25th Anniversary Of The Bulgarian People's Army''
1974 Jubilee Medal ''30th Anniversary Of The Bulgarian People's Army''
1975 Medal ''30th Anniversary Of Victory Over Fascist Germany'
1982-06-21 Jubilee Medal ''100th Anniversary Of The Birth Of Georgi Dimitrov''
1987-07-27 Jubilee Badge ''40th Anniversary Of The Organisation For Assistance In Defence''

Velkov received all three army commemoratives, apparently back to back.

Velkov's Jubilee Medal ''30th Anniversary Of The Bulgarian People's Army'' was most probably awarded for participation in the celebrations as will be the Dimitrov commemorative.

Velkov's Jubilee Badge ''40th Anniversary Of The Organisation For Assistance In Defence'' was probably awarded to him for his services to the organisation in his "retirement".
