His identification as a deputy #44 of the 7th assembly of the Soviet Of Deputies Of Workers of the region named "Lenin" in Tbilisi and a Mandate to the 12th Party Congress of the military department of the GSSR of the same region.

His 30th May 1959 dated identification releases lots of information.

He is a Lieutenant Colonel and military commissar of the Lenin region of Tbilisi from 10th November 1955.
It states he was born 16th January 1912 in the village of Gebi and his nationality as "Georgian" (even though Gebi is in a special ethnic enclave). A son Dzhoni born in 1943 and daughter Nani born in 1949.
