Lohov, Vilen Konstantinovich

Here is a rather unusual civilian group to Georgian Vilen Loxovi/Lohov dating from 1970 to 1998. Other than being unusual there is unfortunately no indication of his profession.

His first Medal was awarded by Adigeni on 1st April 1970.

Second is the Bronze Medal of the VDNH. Notice the three notches in the back rim.

There is now a thread dedicated to this Medal (amongst others) in the new section All-Union Agricultural Exhibition/Exhibition Of Achievements Of The National Economy - The Soviet Military Awards Page Forum

#26800. Awarded sometime between 1980 and 1987.

He was awarded his Medal "Veteran Of Labour" on 23rd July 1986 by the Georgian SSR.

His final award is the Honour Medal of the Republic Of Georgia. For those unaware of the vast expansion of the forum there is a section on this Medal (and others from Georgia) here - Georgian Medals - The Soviet Military Awards Page Forum

And the Ribbon Bar.

Awarded #01888 by Decree #678 of 8th July 1999. Unfortunately this decree has not yet been digitalised.

Adding to this obscured story slightly - his wife Izelda Artem'evna was awarded the Medal "Veteran Of Labour" on the same day.
