Finally, I have been wondering for a very long time about MIA and State Security uniforms for Mongolia. I know of no good resources on the structure, much less the uniforms of the Mongolian security services - just the awards.

That was a hint in case anyone knows of a good place to find out about the structure and history of it (even what it was called). I know it was the first non-Soviet Union Cheka-based security service set up by the Soviets as early as 1922 (I think).Smile

Is the picture of Noojoo reversed? I ask this due to how he wears his medals.

How come he´s so decorated, but is just a sergeant?
There's nothing in the streets
Looks any different to me
And the slogans are replaced, by-the-bye
And the parting on the left
Are now parting on the right
And the beards have all grown longer overnight

The Who, Won't get fooled again

Not at all an especially high or unusual set of awards. Especially with most of his high-level stuff being likely long-service awards.
