Can somebody post a scan of the page in the uniform manual where this guy is shown? I only have the poster and I believe the manual provides more detailed information.

You need to provide more details if you want a proper answer. For starts, what year prikaz? Marc 
I dont think the soviet union had prikazes.

Never mind, I was thinking of the Muscovy and Imperial Russian prikazes, not the word prikaz which means "order"
in case i didnt clarify this, I also have the english posters made by the us defence intelligence agency

doesnt look like the boards match, but thanks anyway. from what I can tell from my picture, it looks like there are black boards on the tunic.

For what I can see, the rank shown in the uniform of willie´s pic is a Michman. That´s why the black boards; the uniform should just remain the same with golden boards.
