AIREX is an international air show, could it be a souvenir pin from the Russian pavilion?

Thanks for the promt response.
This was about all I could find out about this AIREX 1992... it was as you mention an international air display, but this is the first time I have seen a badge with the actual name and year of the event on a Para badge.
Note 1992, the year?
I somehow find it hard to belive that these Para badges were made extra for the Display team at this time, so no doubt it is not an official issue.
