Here is the famous "Mother Hero" Veniamin Petrovich Makarov. Makarov adopted and raised 12 boys. His highest motherhood award being worn is the 2nd Class Order. I'm yet to find solid evidence of any higher awards.

If you look closely at colonel Ivan Ignatevich Kimachinskiy's right chest, you will notice a "Honorary Railroad Employee" badge. Although not a common occurence, it's no surprise either - during the war he was a commander of a department in the 1 Belorussian Front's VOSO.
His other awards are:
ORS
OPW I
OPW II (all 3 on podvignaroda)
OL (probably long service)
ORB (Long Service)
20 yrs of the RKKA medal
VoG medal
For capture of Berlin medal
For liberation of Warsaw medal
30 years of the Soviet Army and Fleet
Polish Polonia Restituta Cavalier's Cross (the cross itself seems to be a bit too large, suggesting Officer's Cross, but the ribbon is original and it's for the CC)
Polish "For Warsaw" medal.

The photograph was taken in 1949 and signed by the commander of VOSO of the Group of Soviet Occupational Forces in Germany major-general Vdovichenko.

Kimachinskiy was born in 1929, ethnic Russian, in the army since 1920, in the party since 1943.
Participated in the fights of Kronshtat in 1921, in 1929 fough against "White Chinese".

Interestingly, while looking for him on podvignaroda I found his supposed 1912-born brother Valentin - an NKPS employee awarded BM - this is the first NKPS combat award citation I have come across, although crtainly not the only one.
