This Ministry Of Social Security Of The Kazakh SSR document fills in some of the blanks. 1899 born and retiring with the rank of Senior Lieutenant.

More reuniting!

His 1948 Soldier's Booklet gives his army rank as only Private. Originally conscripted on 15th April 1919 and awarded the Medal "For Valiant Labour During The War".
