I carry a similar sort of notebook although I use mine to write down jokes. I keep all notes from meetings in code on separate pages which get destroyed when the information is used. If anyone wants to steal or copy any of my notes they'll only ever find some rather risqué comedy notes....

A 2nd October 1946 notification identifying Leokadia as Secretary of the Urban Circle of the Union Of Fighting Youth of Gdańsk for the month of August 1946.

A 20th December 1946 notification indicating that she has been given the position of Chairman of the District Management of the Union Of Fighting Youth of Bytów. A reused piece of paper from 1939.

A trio of notifications from 1947. two issued by the Union Of Fighting Youth (One in Piła) and one by the Polish Workers' Party in Bytów.

A 28th June 1948 notification of participation on the Women Sub-Instructor Courses of "Service To Poland" in Lublin, qualifying as a Sub-Instructor. Results and a reference on 30th July 1948 for her continued courses whilst training to become a higher level instructor.
