Translation Help
Sergei,

The badge in question is illustrated at the top left of the document. From memory, it is a badge awarded to participants of a specific event, but can't remember which one off the top of my head (Taking of Kharkov Arsenal ?!?). I am sure that it has already been show on this forum, in another thread.

in the first document, you say that not put the range.

why?

Wagner,

I am not sure what you mean. The Order Booklet only shows First, Patronimic and Family names, and then the details of the awards, nothing more. If you want to know more about the recipient (DOB, education, service details, rank, awards, citations, etc), you will need to research this award; contact Alexei if that is what you want to do.

Don´t worry Lapa.

I thought that in this type of document was rank of the soldier.

Many thanks for the information:thumbsup

Is it an ID booklet of some sort?
My guess is it's labor related and non-military. And I think I see a 1927 date in there as well.
TIA!
