I'd say beware of documents that feature with a rounded upper corner on the capital letter "P".

It's hard to tell from a picture, but I don't see any of the usual problems. I think it's OK.

I believe the document itself is genuine - according to my research a bunch of them were printed in the Ukraine just before the collapse of the SU, but never issued, hence all entires are fake.
