Thanks Esteban, it is the usual colour and matches my other two. I took the pic in the window sill, so the light was strong.
Cheers, Ade.

Nice MZPP piece. Probably awarded in the spring of 1945.

Thank you for the kind comments. It being an MZPP peice is a nice bonus.
Cheers, Ade.

Ade, it is also from the lower range of MzPP stars so that means it is from a smaller group.

I have just purchased a Red Star with a serial number of 820 495, this one will be a close run thing, I'm either the owner of a combat Red Star or I've moved the goalposts in Echoes of War, its a win, win situation. unless of course I've been taken in and rinsed out with a cunning fake and a sweet sales pitch....

Thanks Jeff.
Here is my 2nd Red Star of the week. It arrived a bit quicker than I expected :thumbsup This one is postwar. From around 1952? Serial number is 3024436. Cheers, Ade.

I recently bought this ORS because the condition was described as 'practically mint'. It might not have any fantastic research potential but it sure looks beautiful! |
