I have found that there are more National Flag Orders 3rd Class out there than ever. The market has changed due to the internet but the market has more awards for sale than ever. In the last 18 months I have purchased over 200 3rd Class Orders alone. At no point are they unavailable in number. I am usually offered them in lots of 15-25.

Where are these large supplies coming from? Are the recipients dying? (of natural or other causes?) how are these being collected in such numbers?
it seems really bizarre to me that even with huge production numbers they could be available in 'bulk'. having said that if I could find some cheaply I'd buy them! |
