MarvWE,
your item is genuine but its screwplate should be marked Monetny Dvor, not Pobeda (this one is a replacement). Without the screwplate we can see if this is the first or second type.

Second type.

Can you help me?
I am having doubts about the first Badge, the second should be good, the third should be definitely bad.
Is welcome your opinion. :)

Real white enamel military academy grad badges are far more common than their earlier incarnations with the name plate at the bottom, so your chances of getting a real one in comparison to the others is higher. At the same time they are very heavily faked.

All of that being said, it looks OK to me from what I've seen of it.:thumbsup

Phillip, Do not disassemble, the rivet is blocked, what can I do to understand if there is possibility that it is good with certainty?

I would be more worried about pieces you can take apart ("disassemble"). One of the best ways is to get a magnifier and look at the rays up close and see how they look under the "gerb." If they are not evenly spread and stop just after going under the state seal, then something is probably amiss. However, as I said, I think it is probably OK. These days, certainty with badges for me comes from the person I buy them from, not as much from the badges themselves. There are a very few people that if I buy something from, I never bother to check to see if they are fakes; instead, I study them to better understand what the "real deal" looks like.:)
