Medal "For Victory Over Germany In The Great Patriotic War 1941-1945".

Volnonayemnaya looks like freelancer to me, but here is either "volunteer worker" or "contract worker", which means she was not a soldier.

Interesting unit btw. but I think it's acually "gorno-strelkovoy" - "moutain rifle" corps

Thank you, gentlemen, for your clarification of her title and unit assignment. Of interest, two additional documents of her set, specifically her 30th & 40th Anniversary documents, are issued to a "combatant", which suggests, on the basis of your collective input anyway, a civilian assigned to a military unit. . .

Nothing additional was available on "the site". . .

Here is a "Shovel" Type with a finer reverse border on the lower half than top half - due to the variables of mass production.

Awarded to Red Army Soldier Anatolij Mihajlovich Skortsesko by the 205th Reverse Infantry Regiment on 5th November 1945.

Possibly a "complete" group.

Here is a document У№0296346 awarded to Lazar' Georgievich Gochashvili by the Deputy Minister Of Internal Affairs of the GSSR on 5th April 1945 - still using the old NKVD GSSR stamp.

Lazar' was born in Baraleti in 1908.
