Badge Of Honour.
The 4th March 1980 Ukazes were for Agricultural workers - No mention of plans or competitions, so possibly long service.

Here is the booklet for #271916. Awarded to Efim Matveevich Kolomytsev on 11th April 1958 "For outstanding achievements in the development of agriculture and the pursuit of excellence for the production of grains, sugar beet, meat, milk and other agricultural products."

Kolomytsev was born in 1914 and had been a Captain, commanding an artillery battery and awarded the Order Aleksandr Nevskij twice (1944 and 1945) and Patriotic War II (1944) after recovering from being heavily wounded in 1941 and lightly wounded in 1943.

Here is #1015619. The number is rather difficult to read given the mess on the reverse.

Here is #1076944.

I believe I am at a crux when it comes to researching these. Results should be evident within the month.

If they do turn out to be researchable, I will offer that service to any forum members who have nurtured a good relationship with me over the years (i.e. those I am already doing research for). I'm certainly not in to researching for profit (as can be seen by the rock bottom prices I charge). The reward for me is the spread of information.
