The Medals "For Honourable Service To The Ministry Of Internal Affairs" were founded 27th August 1960 in 3 classes to honour 10, 15 and 20 years service to the MVR of the PRB. Changes in the design reflected changes in the coat of arms of the People's Republic.

Here is 3rd Class Type 1.
