Badge "For Shock Labour".

Here is the Badge "For Shock Labour" (За Ударен Труд) an award of the Main Department Of Labour Service (Главното Управление На Трудовата Повинност).

This is a heavy multi-piece Badge, considerably heavier than the mirrorback reverse would suggest.
