Parachutist Badges.
Little is known about these Parachutist Badges. I have it from a reliable source that these are legitimate awards of the PMR. A couple of factors in the design seem to back that up. The Badge features the PMR shaped shield (with Moldavian eagle) and an Antonov AN-26. According to good sources the only "combat ready" Air Force transport plane the PMR has is a single AN-26 (other light aircraft are used for ceremonial single person jumps).
I have to date only seen one of these Badges in wear and that was by a Female Security Officer on parade in Tiraspol. The Badge is lightweight and painted (but that's not out of line with many parallel post-Soviet nations or other PMR awards) without a maker's mark. Firstly we have the Badge for a single jump.
