Hi all, especially Alexei

Thanks for suggesting having a look at the cover of the Vienna document. I am now sure it is bad. I have posted a picture to let you see what I found but it doesn't come out very well. But basically there should be shading on the edges of the globe in the crest. This is missing from the Vienna award card. Also the lettering is not distinguishable and the star at 12 o'clock is too small. So obvious once you start looking! :rolleyes:

The Budapest document passes all of these scrutinies so I think it is probably OK, but will scan the stamp for another opinion.
