It is number #50,520 and am wondering if the enamel can be replaced? Has anyone seen an "inexpensive" repair that looks realistic?
I have seen several that were either painted, coated with fingernail polish or bad enamel jobs.
Would love to see a before and after photo of someone's repair job.
PM me names of who might do such work.
Not very helpful here, but in my opinion, I would prefer no repair at all. I prefer totally original items, even if it means that they are to have some damages. Why not leaving it as is?
