For sale is one used Peckham Incorporated military cold-weather fleece jacket, officially labeled Shirt, Cold Weather, Synthetic Fleece. It has a Polartec fabric label and the black, reinforced-panel ECWCS design associated with heavyweight 300-series fleece.

Offered as a repairable surplus garment, project piece or source of reusable material/components. The jacket is supplied with the damage shown. No repairs or replacement pull tabs are included in this sale.

• Prominent elongated tear in the smooth upper-back reinforcement panel, with material beneath exposed.
• Separate smaller slit/hole in the rear fleece below the reinforcement panel.
• Discolored, flattened spot on the rear fleece that may be a scorch/burn or heat-damage mark. The cause has not been confirmed.
• Worn YKK zipper hardware and missing/damaged zipper pull tabs, as noted on the photographed storage box.
• Wear, pilling/matting, lint, loose fibers, fading and surface marks are visible.
• The sewn-in labels are worn and frayed but remain readable in the photographs.

Full operation of every zipper has not been confirmed. The photos show the zipper hardware, but the garment is not advertised as having all zippers tested and fully functional. Pull-tab work, zipper servicing, sewing or patching may be needed. A missing pull tab does not by itself identify the condition of the zipper teeth or slider.

The original design includes a two-way full-front zipper, stand-up fleece collar, zippered hand pockets, underarm zipper vents, internal chest pockets, adjustable hook-and-loop cuffs and a drawcord hem. Smooth reinforcement panels cover high-wear areas of the upper body and sleeves. These describe the garment's design, not a guarantee that every component of this used example functions correctly.

Sizing

Tagged Large, chest 41–45 inches. This is the label's intended wearer chest range, not a measured jacket circumference. Exact pit-to-pit width, back length and sleeve measurements have not been supplied. No Short, Regular or Long length designation is printed on the photographed size label.

Care Label

The sewn-in Polartec label specifies warm washing and tumble drying on low. It says not to use bleach, to avoid fabric softeners, not to iron, and not to dry clean. Inspect and address the existing damage before laundering.
