Russian cap made by Robert Lubstein

Hi,

I have a Russian side cap made by Robert Lubstein in 1948. It reflects the same standards as the caps he made for the Third Reich. It is also an interesting souvenir of the Soviet occupation of Berlin. I found the soldier's name and unit up under the sweatband. Can anyone translate this?
