Well, I've had 'Blood Upon the Snow' on order with Amazon for three months now and they have eventually told me they can't get it any more and suggested somewhere else I order it from. We'll see how long that takes.
I did, however, manage to get a DVD recently entitled 'Great Tank Battles Of World War II - Dawn Of The Titans / Superior Force' which came by mistake instead of the DVD I ordered, 'Great Tank Battles Of World War II - Death In Sand And Snow / Out Blitzing The Blitzkrieg'. Anyway I really liked the first, and it had a reasonable amount of stuff the German/Soviet campaign, right up until the turning point at Moscow. I never knew for instance that the Russians lost over 3,000 tanks and armoured vehicles in Smolensk, just outside of Moscow, so it proved quite interesting.
I also noticed the same publisher produced 'The Great Tank Battle Of Kursk' on DVD. I'll probably order both and see what they are like when they arrive.
Kind Regards,
Shane Cook.
