Does anyone know what this word added before the booklet text means? Аs I understand it, it's "зам" and denotes that A. Gorkin, whose facsimile signature appears on the document, was deputy secretary of the Presidium. Is this correct? Is this sort of marking common? Or does it only appear on certain types of documents?
I realize this is a rather obscure question. Thanks in advance for any help, though! :thumbsup

Notice how in one doc it is added by hand and in the other it is actually stamped!
