I have an almost identical one that is either real or "aged" better than this one.
What I was always told/asked about these types of IDs is that since they were carried every day in the left breast pocket, is what should the ID (the outside in particular) look like if carried everyday and regularly grabbed by the owner to produce on demand or for other purposes.
This is just my opinion, but it looks too new to me.
