Russian ushanka identification

Hey everyone,

I have recently acquired this hat, and I was hoping one of you might be able to tell me if it is authentic, and how old it may be.

At first glance, it looked like civilian with badge added. But it can be good. Check if it has some buttons on the cloth top (under the flaps). If so - it's Navy EM/NCO ushanka and the buttons were for attaching the waterproof cover.

I've never seen this kind of "fleece-ish" "fur" being used on a Soviet military Ushanka. I've only seen fur, as in medium long "hairs".

From the stamp, it's difficult to tell, but it is Soviet, after all. I don't think that badge would fit the ushanka anyway. So it is Soviet, but... Doesn't seem to be military. I'd go for a Soviet produced "civilian" version.

(Wait for others to leave an answer for a final conclusion)

This badge was used on ushanki - both army and navy.
