Here is the document to OPWII 5064240 awarded to Ivan Aleksandrovich Surobenkov. Born 1924 in Klin, Moscow Oblast.

Surobenkov recieved two Medals "For Bravery" for his actions in the last year of the war in his role as Senior Telephonist of the Reconnaissance Battery of the 26th Guards Artillery Brigade. Correctly calling in an accurate strike on a carefully selected target is possibly one of the most exhilarating experiences there is. In one case the target was the town of Priekulė (now in Lithuania).

One citation shows him conscripted 1st August 1942 and being thrown into action 19 days later. The other leaves a more reasonable 4 months 1 day between civilian life and the front.
