Need Opinion on a uniform

This is supposed to be a captain of I do not know what, but it is on ebay right now.

Bad picture, but it seems like a captain of MVD or, perhaps, infantry. The hat is wrong since it has black band.

Here are some more pics all from E-Bay. I am looking at buying this if it is not a converted enlisted mans uniform.

are collar tabs and boards right for this type of uniform. If insiginia is insiginia is wrong I will just buy right insginia.

Enlisted men did not have this type of uniform... The collar tabs and boards are OK.

Some did ... extended servicemembers were entitled to wear this, too.

Such information may be found in uniform regulations...
e.g. if You look in "Pravila noshenya voiennoy formy odezhdy woyennosluzhashchimi Sovetskoi armii i Voenno-moskogo Flota", Moscow, 1979, page 18, you will find, that the uniforms for officers, warrant officers and extended service personnel are described in one section and are in fact the same.
Also on page 9 there are described the situation when to wear each kind of the uniform and extended servicemen are lited in the same category as marshals, generals and officers, while standard EM and NCO have different list of situations...

It is also similar in 1958 and 1988 regulations. I don't have others, but I belive it was similar...

Yes, extended servicemen worn such uniforms as officers exept shoulder boards. Also extended servicemen worn sleeve patches for number of service years and for type of troops or service.
